Kennedy Restoration, the premier restoration company in the Pacific NW, is seeking the right candidate to join our team as a Driver / Laborer. The function of a Contents driver is to drive the company dump truck and assist the cleaning, water, and reconstruction departments with the removal of debris from commercial and residential properties damaged by water, fire, smoke, and wind.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities of a Contents Driver:
· Driving company dump truck to job sites.
· Assist with the removal of debris from commercial and residential properties.
· Assist with demolition of commercial and residential properties damaged by water, fire, smoke, and wind.
· Complete daily notes and time entries accurately and in a timely fashion
· Team oriented, must work well in a team environment
· Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
· Operate forklift to move items, boxes, etc.
· Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Requirements for a Driver / Laborer:
· Quick learner that can multitask and prioritize.
· Physical ability to work in a moving environment (lift, squatting, packing, carrying boxes, etc. up to 50 lbs.) in all types of weather.
· Prior moving experience
· Computer Literate
· Forklift Experience
· Must pass a background check and drug screen
· Valid driver’s license
Compensation for a Contents Driver:
$18-19hr, Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Sick Pay, 401(k), Life Insurance, Paid Holidays
