Kennedy Restoration, the premier restoration company in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Production Assistant to provide support to our field staff. The function of the Production Assistant is to assist the production department in maintaining job site safe practices, making sure the appropriate jurisdictional requirements are met for onsite documentation, and providing the field crew with assistance in day-to-day duties.
Successful Production Assistant has:
- Develop relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricings and service quality.
- Dispatch laborers
- Schedule dump truck runs
- Track fence panels quantity and locations
- Maintain warehouse monitor for smart sheet
- Scan jobsite paperwork -Order parking kitty for crew and maintain record and receipts.
- Assist in procuring materials for jobs in production
- Assist with reserving parking spaces with ODOT for long term usage.
- Check and Send Daily Reminders to Coordinator who is OPEN after 2pm
- Send reminder for Breakout Meetings on Friday
- Assist with fleet maintenance
- Send out review links upon job completion
- Check Smartsheet in the morning to ensure all field techs have a place to work.
- Check employee roster and make sure each employee has their time and dash note in daily.
- Create job site folder for each job. Make sure testing is available
- Assist in procuring materials for jobs
- Assist with permits and ordering inspections
Requirements:
- Organizational skills, comfortable working with vendors
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation:
$18-20/hr
