“Mary and I would like to express our thanks and appreciation for the terrific job you did restoring – and improving, ultimately – our condo after half of it was basically destroyed due to water damage.  The job was made even more difficult for you as we could not be on site, and dealt with major decisions from 2000+ miles away.  But Luke was great about keeping in touch by countless emails, phone calls and updates, and with great recommendations.  We were not only impressed with the contacts and advice, but with the quality of the work.  The cabinet work, tiling, and flooring were all done beautifully. Drywall, painting, texturing: all perfect matching to the previous conditions. The most damaged areas, kitchen and bathroom, are now better than before, and all was done within budget (with the exception of a few items we added on separately.)  The team also appeared to have great contact with the adjustors from the two insurance companies involved, further helping to smooth the whole difficult process.  We can’t imagine how the kitchen installation could have been done any better.

“Twice this company has been to our condominiums and completed work for two separate units. Not only was the work finished on time if not early the quality of work was amazing. I specifically had a damaged ceiling due to a roof leak. Kennedy restoration took the time to check for asbestos and work around our busy schedule. “I wanted to take the time to express to you how pleased I was with the response to the issues around the water damage to my condo.  

The entire team at Kennedy Restoration was fantastic.  The cleanup crew that came in at the beginning of this event was efficient and thorough.  They worked so fast and when they left I felt so much better.  That’s important when you are viewing streams of water coming through your ceiling lights, water filling up your appliances, ceiling seams coming apart–well, you get the picture.

I want to thank Matt Steimle from Kennedy Restoration for his caring and professional manner when assessing the damage.  He really took the time to answer my questions.  I knew how very busy he was and his time and professionalism was much appreciated.

Finally, I want to thank Randy and his team from Kennedy Restoration.  They were unbelievable.  They worked over the holiday weekend and beyond.  Randy was here every day to check on the status of the moisture damage and to move equipment where it needed to be moved.  He kept me fully informed of the process.  I mentioned to him in passing one day that I was suffering a bit of asthma because of the situation.  He promptly brought a HEPA machine to my unit. I truly believe that thoughtful response saved me from going to the Doctor and from needing an inhaler.  It was beyond the call of duty.  I have already told many of my friends that if such a terrible event ever happens to them, Kennedy Restoration is the company to call.”

“I wanted to thank you for using amazing contractors! Disaster will not strike our house again because you guys recommended Oasis Pluming. When our first toilet when out and flooded upstairs and down, you guys were great at everything needed to get us through it. Nine months or so later, our 2nd toilet just started showing signs of going out. I called you for a plumber, you recommend Oasis. They were here today and fixed our 2nd and 3rd (we were being proactive!) plus a leaking downstairs sink we paid to have fixed twice! They were in and out in less than an hour! I want to tell you how much we appreciate the work you have done in our home this past year restoring damage from water leaks and a septic tank back up.

We are very happy that American Family Insurance recommended your company when we filed two claims back to back.  Your Production Coordinator, Ed Dobson, was competent, easy to work with, very knowledgeable and took really good care of us. 

The team that handled our septic back up were excellent, prompt, and efficient.  We really appreciated how quickly and how well each of them did their jobs.  There were about 5 of them and they were there shortly after we reported the back up.  One more person we appreciated most of all was Carlin, the jack of all trades.  What a fantastic job he did for us in every single thing he was assigned.  He did beautiful work on the countertops, putting in the new floating bathroom floor, flooring, painting and a dozen other things.  We felt so fortunate that Carlin was assigned to our home for both claims.  You are very lucky to have such a talented, competent, hard-working person in your employ.  He represented you well in everything he did.  We cannot say enough about what a fine person and craftsman Carlin was. 

We appreciate that Ed helped work out the details of our final billing with American Family Insurance and helped bring this chapter in our lives to a successful close.
