Finally, I want to thank Randy and his team from Kennedy Restoration.  They were unbelievable.  They worked over the holiday weekend and beyond.  Randy was here every day to check on the status of the moisture damage and to move equipment where it needed to be moved.  He kept me fully informed of the process.  I mentioned to him in passing one day that I was suffering a bit of asthma because of the situation.  He promptly brought a HEPA machine to my unit.
